What makes a good blog entry?
While reading the blogs of various other time-wasters I began to ponder: what makes a good blog entry? Does it have to be random, funny or thought provoking to catch our attention? Does it have to have embarrassing pictures of housemates? (no, 3 Cosmestons!). Or perhaps a poll, quiz or interactive game 'does it for you' (you have ruined that phrase for me, Vickrum). Also, if lots of comments are made, does this indicate a good entry?
I’ve decided to make it my aim to make this the best ever entry by including as many of the things I mentioned above as possible (it will be down to you for the comments!).

A good blog entry is one that actually exists, rather than deleting your blog because you thought other peoples were better' when so blatently your own is the best of them all.

Judging by the number of comments on this blog and my general feeling of appreciation for it, I've got to say that I don't think comments make a good blog. The public is a fickle god.
Humour is good, randomness can be a double-edged vampire, quizzes and the like float some peoples boats...but I think genuine-ness is important. The fact that someone is stupid enough to share their life with sad PC geeks around the web-world is strangely endearing ;) Disappointed this wasn't an option on the poll.
